A Commission on the Commission

Shouldn’t someone’s job in the White House be to fix broken stuff? Like if there’s bad intelligence gathering techniques, or if there’s some disconnect between different agencies or some other similar type of snafu, isn’t there someone that makes sure things get done? Maybe that person should be Tom Ridge. Maybe that person should be the Vice President or the President himself.

However, if the intent is delaying any kind of action and really, basically, not doing anything at all, why not form a Commission? That’s a simple tactic a bureaucracy can use to ensure complete inaction.
